📢 How Satisfied Are University Staff with QA Systems? 🎓📊

As part of the E-Quality project, academic staff at Białystok Uniwersity of Technology were asked to assess their satisfaction with the quality assurance (QA) system at their institution.

🔍 What did we find? 💬 Over 60% rated their satisfaction as medium 🌟 Around 30% expressed high satisfaction ⚠️ A small minority (8.7%) reported only basic satisfaction

➡️ These results highlight a generally positive attitude toward QA systems—yet also signal space for improvement, especially in aligning QA efforts with staff expectations.
